Hard times can hit anyone at any time. In an effort to help those who may be having a difficult time paying their electric heating bill, Farmers RECC is proud to offer Operation Warmhearts. The program allows Farmers RECC members to round up their electric bill to the next dollar amount. For less than one dollar a month, you can make a difference in someone's life.
