The CARES (Community Assistance Resources for Energy Savings) program provides an incentive to enhance the weatherization and energy efficiency services provided to its retail members by the Kentucky Community Action Agency network of not-for-profit community action agencies. The program will enable the Community Action Agency to accomplish additional energy efficiency improvements in each home and will assist them in weatherizing more homes.
Members who are interested in the CARES program can go to their local Community Action Agency to see what weatherization measures they can accomplish through Community Action and Farmers RECC jointly.
