Residential Service
If you are new to the area and need to apply for service to an existing home, apartment, etc., please follow these steps.
A one time $25.00 membership fee is required to establish service from Farmers RECC. A security deposit may also be required (based on a routine credit check), that is equal to 2/12ths of the previous annual usage at the location.
Please complete the online residential membership application linked below to give us the appropriate information to complete your request for service.

In addition to your completed membership application, please note your home's meter number. Your meter number can be found below the bar code listed under the Farmers RECC name badge on the meter itself.
Once your application is completed and meter number noted, please bring all information, a copy of your Social Security card and a picture ID to Farmers RECC offices at one of the following locations:

If you are unable to physically visit one of our locations to sign up for electric service, please call us at 270-651-2191 and other arrangements will be made.
