Farmers RECC is currently accepting bids on commercial property at 401 Main Street in Munfordville.
Farmers RECC reserves the right to reject all bids if the lowest bid is less than the reserve price. The reserve price is not disclosed to bidders. The final closing date and transfer of ownership of the property is contingent upon the approval of the Rural Utilities Service.
Bids will be accepted until August 17, 2026, at 4:00PM at the Farmers RECC Glasgow office: 504 South Broadway, Glasgow, KY 42141 or the Munfordville office: 1000 Main Street, Munfordville, KY 42765.
