Farmers RECC understands that members may have difficulty paying their bills from time-to-time. The following information is provided to assist our members who may be struggling.
Arrangements - Our Member Service Representatives are happy to assist members interested in a payment arrangement. Please contact our office at 270-651-2191 prior to entering the collections process. Some members may also be able to schedule their own arrangements through the 'Billing and Payments' tab of our Member Center.
Pay-As-You-Go - At any time, members can convert from our post-pay payment option to a Pay-As-You-Go payment option. For more information, or to sign up for Pay-As-You-Go, please contact our office at 270-651-2191.
