APPRENTICE LINEMAN

Farmers Rural Electric is seeking an Apprentice Lineman. This job requires construction, maintenance, and operation of overhead and underground electric lines. Past electric utility experience helpful. Must be willing to complete all courses of Apprentice Lineman Training. Must be willing to train as a certified climber. Candidates should possess a Kentucky issued Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or be able to obtain one within 180 days of employment. Must be able to work outside in all kinds of weather. Heavy lifting required. Must be able to work standby duty and overtime as required.
